Every post must
- Be for a real opening at the business that posts it. No lead-collection ads dressed up as jobs.
- Say the real requirements: licenses, CDL class and endorsements, equipment you must run. State physical demands as job duties (for example, "lift 50 lb bags of seed").
- Give honest pay: per hour, per load, per acre or per day, and say whether per diem, a truck, or overtime is included.
- Say where the work is (counties) and whether travel or overnights are part of it.
No post may
- State a preference or limit based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation and gender identity), national origin, age (40 or older), disability, or genetic information.
- Use words that signal age, like "young," "recent grad," "digital native," or "energetic young crew." Say what the job needs instead ("able to work 10-hour days outdoors").
- Ask for a photo, date of birth, or medical history.
- Charge job seekers anything. Applying is free.
- Promise pay the job doesn't really offer.
What we do and don't do
- We publish job posts. The employer writes them and is responsible for them.
- We do not screen, rank, or refer applicants. We are not an employment agency.
- We may remove a post that breaks these rules, with no refund of the $29 fee if the post broke the rules.
- We never run background checks on anyone.
