What we save
When you send a form on this site (for example a quote request, job post, claim or join request, contact message, newsletter or alert sign-up, review, or ad inquiry), we save what you typed, the name of the form, the page you sent it from, and the date and time. We use this only to read and answer your request and to run the site. Photos and files you pick are not uploaded. We do not save your IP address with your form.
In this preview, nothing you send goes to contractors, nothing is published, and no one is charged. We do not send automatic emails or texts. We may reply to you from [email protected].
Where it is kept and who sees it
Form entries are stored in a database at our host, Cloudflare, and only Rural Contractor Network can see them. We never sell your information. After launch, a request you send to contractors you pick will be shared with those contractors so they can contact you; we will update this page before that starts.
We do not use advertising trackers on this preview. The site does not set cookies for visitors. Cloudflare may keep standard server logs (like IP addresses) for security.
Deleting your information
Email [email protected] and ask us to delete what you sent. Tell us the email or phone you used so we can find it.
Text messages (when live)
Texts will go only to people who check the optional text-message box on a form. Texts are about your request (introductions, booking reminders, a backup pro, and review requests). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of using the site. Mobile numbers and text consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing. Nothing is sent in this preview. Proposed wording: text and email consent (draft, pending lawyer review).
